This is a rich and tangy sea salt that brings out a subtly delicate and fruity flavour. We source our untreated and sustainable applewood from the southern highlands of Tanzania. We cold-smoke our sea salt for just over 24 hours to ensure the flavour isn�t too overpowering. We love it with our roast chicken or pork tenderloins, but also works beautifully with soups and potato dishes.
