Our Chai Masala is a well-known Zanzibar Stone Town classic. It is prepared either with hot water, sometimes with a hint of milk, or black coffee. The intense flavors and aromas will refresh your body and stimulate your mind. The secret to a great cup of chai is the masala, the spice mixture. Anne, our spice shop manager, is not only incredible in composing the right recipes, she also uses  only the freshest spices powders, as she grinds them immediately before mixing and packing.  Our Chai Masala is blended with black pepper, clove, ginger, lemongrass, cinnamon, and cardamon.
